




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative and accounting professional to manage payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and invoices using accounting software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and accounting tasks 2. Payment and collection management 3. Bank reconciliation and invoicing Administrative and accounting tasks include monitoring, managing, and tracking payments and collections from both customers and suppliers using accounting management software. The role also involves performing bank reconciliations for various financial institutions, processing supplier payments, and recording received invoices. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and manage payment batches. A Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Administration and Finance is required, along with practical experience and knowledge in administrative and accounting management. Proficiency in SAGE software is essential, as is advanced user-level competence in Excel and experience with administrative management tools in a Microsoft environment. Immediate availability is mandatory. This is a temporary position with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, scheduled from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM\. Compensation will be determined according to the Offices and Offices Collective Agreement.
