Self-management empowers people with intellectual disabilities to speak for themselves and become protagonists in their own lives. The main responsibilities of this role will be conducting meetings with a group of individuals with intellectual diversity, aiming to enable them to make their own decisions in different areas of their lives. - Assist users in clarifying their opinions and decisions. - Act as a facilitator so the self-management group achieves its goals. - Coordination meetings with the technical committee of the self-management group.
