




We are seeking a receptionist for a prominent company in the food sector located in the Bonmatí area. Main responsibilities will include customer service both by telephone and in person, providing a professional and efficient point of contact. The role also involves supporting other departments within the organization, collaborating on their daily tasks to ensure smooth overall operations. Additionally, the position includes organizing visits and managing the filing system, maintaining documentation in an orderly and accessible manner. Furthermore, the candidate will participate in tasks related to the dispatch department and perform other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split shift from 09:00 to 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Proven experience in a similar role. * We seek a versatile, proactive, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. GM/GS in administration and finance.
