Your mission will be to guide and train participants in various workshops and activities—such as gardening, carpentry, or maintenance—that promote work habits, autonomy, and self-esteem within a meaningful and supportive work environment. Previous experience supporting individuals with mental disorders or involvement in social projects will be valued. * Vehicle availability: truck * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time hours * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1400' to '1700'
