They are currently undergoing fleet renewal and enhancing service value, aiming to grow the business. #### **POSITION MISSION** We seek a **General Director** to lead the company through its next growth phase, ensuring operational and financial excellence while supporting the gradual transition from the current General Director, who will retire in the coming months. This transition will involve initial mentoring, support, and advisory assistance across all functions of the role. Your key responsibilities will include: * Defining and executing the company’s overall strategy. * Supervising HR, Finance, and Operations departments. * Driving fleet renewal and expansion (trucks, cranes). * Ensuring business profitability and sustainability. * Leading a team of over 30 professionals. * Representing the company before clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. **CONDITIONS** * Permanent employment contract directly with the company. * Starting salary: €70,000\-75,000 gross annually \+ benefits. * A close-knit and collaborative work environment. * Joining a solid, established enterprise with over 30 years of history. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in senior management positions. Prior experience in the heavy transport sector is a highly valued advantage. * An engineering background is advantageous—due to familiarity with machinery and the sector—but not mandatory. * Solid expertise in financial management and cross-departmental operations. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * A collaborative, results-oriented personality. * Experience in industrial or mining environments is desirable.
