




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, organize, and oversee activities within the Bar department, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction at a rapidly growing hotel chain. INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-established hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing significant expansion. Your primary responsibility within the company will be to ensure the planning, organization, and control of all activities within the Bar department, thereby optimizing internal process management and team performance, while consistently guaranteeing service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: * Being responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and resources specific to the Bar department, with the aim of optimizing internal process management within the area and team performance. * Ensuring service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. * Managing procurement for the Bar department, including placing orders, supervising goods receipt, proper storage and preservation, and conducting corresponding inventory checks. * Providing customer service during food and beverage service delivery, as well as supporting service setup and clearance. * Supervising and assisting in setting up and restocking all tableware and accessories. * Supporting resource allocation across departmental tasks and ensuring operational functionality in each area. * Monitoring compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations governing departmental activities. * Contributing to fostering a positive work environment that facilitates strong results, cooperation, and teamwork.
