Take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health. * **Productivity tools:** Use cutting\-edge tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and effectiveness. **Role Description:** ======================== **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Construction Site Manager for building projects in Asturias, responsible for end\-to\-end site management—from planning through to handover—ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and control construction execution, ensuring achievement of defined technical, economic, and scheduling objectives. * Supervise and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor and control the project budget, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction. * Manage technical and administrative documentation—including permits, licenses, and certifications. * Maintain clear and effective communication with site management, clients, and other stakeholders. * Guarantee work quality and client satisfaction. * Resolve incidents and issues arising during construction. * Prepare progress and status reports. **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager on building projects. * In\-depth knowledge of current construction, health, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Presto). * Leadership, team management, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Results\-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Asturias. * English language proficiency is desirable. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Competitive financial support.
