Job Summary: We are seeking a Community and Building Cleaner to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, staircases, and access points. Key Points: 1. Responsible, punctual person with ability to work autonomously 2. No prior experience required, but experience in community cleaning is valued 3. Indefinite-term contract Position: Community and Building Cleaner. Duties: sweeping and mopping the lobby and common access areas; sweeping and mopping the communal staircase and landings; cleaning handrails, light switches, mailboxes, doors, and carpets; cleaning the building’s main entrance door and glass surfaces; removing minor debris from common areas; visual inspection of the overall cleanliness status of the building. Tasks must be performed in accordance with the company’s established cleaning protocols and occupational risk prevention regulations. Requirements: Responsible, punctual person with ability to work autonomously. Prior experience is not mandatory, although experience in community or building cleaning will be valued. An indefinite-term contract and part-time schedule (2 hours and 45 minutes per month) are offered; working hours to be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Salary: €33 per month. Workplace: Navàs.
