Job Summary: We are seeking an educational assistant to accompany, supervise, and support minors in a residential center during the night shift, ensuring their well-being and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompany, supervise, and support minors during the night shift. 2. Ensure the well-being, safety, and development of minors. 3. Requires a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), high school diploma, or proven experience. We are looking for an educational assistant to join our team at a residential center for the protection of minors in Lugo. The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying, supervising, and supporting minors during the night shift, ensuring their well-being, safety, and development within the facility. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), high school diploma, and/or relevant qualification and proven experience for performing this role. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in education, pedagogy, social work, social integration, or related fields. * Prior experience in minors' centers. * Residence in Lugo. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, capacity for learning, optimism and enthusiasm, organization and planning, technical and personal reliability, interpersonal communication, teamwork, negotiation skills, commitment, responsibility, active listening, empathy, confidentiality, trust, stability, and approachability.
