Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making We are looking to hire two **Collections Strategy Analysts** to join the Operations team. These roles will be responsible for interpreting data and analyzing customer behavior—both internal and external—to support decision\-making and improve the performance of our portfolios. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Designing strategies through the analysis and manipulation of large volumes of data and key business variables: portfolio performance, effectiveness of operational levers, customer behavior prediction, portfolio revaluation, profitability, productivity, legal management, etc. * Using analytical models and data tools to measure the effectiveness of current strategies, identify improvements, define action plans, and provide recommendations to the relevant teams. * Preparing reports and dashboards to support decision\-making. ### **Requirements** * More than 6 months within the company. * University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Knowledge of databases. * Proficiency in Excel. * SQL knowledge is desirable.
