At **Hotel Alicante Golf**, a benchmark establishment located on San Juan Beach in Alicante, we are looking to hire a **Dining Room Manager** to lead the food and beverage area and guarantee an outstanding experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise dining room service in the restaurant, breakfasts, events, and banquets. * Coordinate and lead the waitstaff team. * Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality standards and guest service requirements. * Manage staff shifts, schedules, and support personnel training. * Collaborate directly with the kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. * Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper use of resources. * Resolve incidents and provide personalized guest service. Requirements: * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Dining Room Manager or Assistant Dining Room Manager, preferably in hotels. * Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred). * Leadership, organizational, and guest-oriented skills. * Strong command of Spanish; **English is a plus**. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. * Proactive, responsible individual with strong communication skills.
