Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional kitchens, preparing dishes and delivering service in a dynamic, high-intensity environment. Familiar with mise en place management, preparation of dishes and ensuring smooth workstation operation during service. Experience in dish preparation, product quality control, workstation organization and coordination with the kitchen team to guarantee agile and efficient service.
