In this position, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments to our customers. As a **Traffic Manager**, your main responsibilities will include: * **Transport Management**: Plan, organize and supervise transport activities, ensuring route optimization, fleet efficiency and adherence to delivery deadlines. * **Planning**: Develop and maintain efficient transport and logistics plans, anticipating and managing changes in demand and customer requirements. * **Trip Management**: Coordinate and supervise drivers’ trips, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety at all times. * **Coordination**: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales and warehouse, to ensure smooth communication and rapid response to business needs. * **Transportation**: Ensure selection and management of transport providers, negotiating rates and guaranteeing service quality. * **Shipments**: Monitor and optimize shipment processes, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction. * **Task Management**: Assign and supervise the traffic team’s tasks, fostering an efficient and productive work environment. * **Logistics Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transportation and logistics activities, generating reports and analyses to support decision-making. * **Logistics Leadership**: Lead and motivate the traffic team, promoting professional development and continuous process improvement. * **Fleet Management**: Supervise and optimize the use of the vehicle fleet, ensuring proper maintenance and operational efficiency.
