MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership of the customer service and cashier team (3 to 6 people) towards achieving objectives. - Training, motivating, and supporting the team - Optimization of the department (organization, cleanliness, avoiding queues at checkout, managing incidents, handling complaints, product and cash return protocols, payments/receipts, etc.) - Monitoring KPIs - Supporting the store manager in all necessary aspects.
