To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing your team members, planning and organizing all store personnel, with operational support from the assistant store manager. Participating in proposals for improving the product range available in-store and placing orders accordingly. Efficiently establishing processes (optimal product placement, cash register control, food preparation, etc.). Collaborating closely with your Area Manager on decisions affecting both store sales and your team. Being a role model, continuously developing yourself, training your team, and involving them in the company's objectives. During peak work periods, actively contributing as part of the team by performing tasks such as restocking, cashier duties, baking, etc. Requirements * Completed vocational training or high school diploma / associate degree. Commercial management background will be highly valued. * A valid driver's license and geographical mobility will be considered advantageous. * Experience managing sales teams will be valued positively. * Customer-oriented with attention to detail. * Leadership skills. * High level of autonomy and responsibility.
