To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing your team members, planning and organizing all store personnel with operational support from the assistant store manager. Participating in proposals to improve the store's product assortment and placing orders accordingly. Efficiently establishing processes (optimal product placement, cash register control, product preparation, etc.). Collaborating closely with your Area Manager in decision-making affecting both store sales and your team. Being a role model, continuously training yourself and others, and engaging your team in the company’s objectives. During peak work periods, actively contributing as part of the team by performing tasks such as restocking, cashier duties, baking, etc. Requirements * Completed vocational training or high school diploma / associate degree. Commercial management background will be highly valued. * A valid driver's license and geographical mobility will be positively considered. * Experience managing sales teams will be valued. * Customer-oriented with attention to detail. * Leadership skills. * High level of autonomy and responsibility.
