RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and supervise all store activities (sales, operations, customer service, and administration). Develop, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve performance and growth targets. Analyze key business indicators (KPIs) and propose actions for continuous improvement. Ensure excellence in customer service and customer retention. Maintain a well-presented store aligned with brand standards. Prepare periodic performance reports and present action proposals to company management. ### **Requirements** PROFILE Proven experience in retail, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related sectors. Proven experience in team management and achievement of commercial objectives. Education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or similar field. Solid knowledge of sales techniques and operational leadership. PERSONAL COMPETENCIES Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability. Communication skills and teamwork capability. Proactive mindset and results-driven approach. Analytical ability and data-based decision-making.
