JOTT sells over one million down jackets per year! **Responsibilities:** As a true store manager, you lead the team, organize work, and train sales staff. You coach, train, and develop the talent of each team member. You contribute to developing their skills. You manage your point of sale by monitoring and analyzing sales figures and commercial indicators. You implement our brand's sales strategy, follow brand merchandising recommendations, and ensure the smooth operation of the store. **Requirements:** Empathy, approachability, energy, and a passion for fashion are your key assets. Organized with strong prioritization skills, you possess excellent interpersonal abilities and great leadership capacity. You have proven experience (minimum 3 years) in team and sales management.
