For our store located at Carretera de Manlleu 19 in Vic (Barcelona), we are looking for a Store Manager to lead the sales team and take responsibility for managing the store with the support of the Area Manager. As Store Manager, your mission will be to drive commercial activities in line with Merkal's guidelines to maximize your store's financial performance. To achieve this: * You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling key commercial performance indicators. * You will ensure proper implementation of the company's customer service policies. * You will supervise that the store's visual presentation aligns with the standards established by the Visual Merchandising department. * You will ensure compliance with administrative and management procedures. * You will manage your store team, providing them with the necessary tools to achieve business objectives. **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for individuals passionate about fashion and footwear, dynamic, with strong team management skills, and with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
