Our team consists of **more than 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** **Main Objective:** Plan and control resources (equipment and materials) to meet the technical, cost, and time requirements of the maintenance system. **Direct Reporting:** Maintenance Manager **Your Responsibilities:** Tasks focus on administrative and purchasing management, as well as regulatory compliance. * **Purchasing Management:** Procurement for maintenance, including inventory control, supplier negotiation, and spare parts purchasing. * **Budget Control:** Monitoring the Maintenance department's budget (expenses and labor costs). * **CMMS & Support:** Managing CMMS software and equipment inventory. Providing technical support to maintenance technicians. * **Document Control:** Organizing and maintaining records (invoices, technical drawings, machine certificates). * **Legal and Regulatory Compliance:** Monitoring and ensuring legal requirements for facilities and equipment to comply with mandatory inspections. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental prevention procedures and instructions. Proper use of machinery, tools, and **PPE**. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and manage waste appropriately. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualities:** * Adaptability to change. * Methodical approach. * Commitment. * Proactivity and initiative. * Good communication skills. **Profile Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) specializing in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics. * If formal qualifications cannot be provided, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required. * Computer literacy at user level is desirable. * Proficiency in computer and mobile phone usage, Movez, CMMS, and AutoCAD.
