Do you have prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in the meat/food industry? If the answer is yes, this offer is for you! We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading company in the food industry. We are looking for a versatile profile with prior experience in team coordination or management, as your responsibilities will focus on coordinating and planning daily preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as handling any incidents/failures that may arise. We seek a candidate with experience in TIG and electrode welding, as well as knowledge of general installations and plumbing. Other daily tasks include: * Programming frequency inverters. * Replacing and adjusting photoelectric cells, inductive sensors, and capacitive sensors. * Programming ASI modules. * Knowledge of NH3 refrigeration systems. * Machining parts using manual lathes. * Repairing paddle pumps, hydraulic pumps, and geared motors. * Contributing to process improvements and reducing failures. * Mechanical repairs (bearing replacements, belts, sprockets, chains, etc.). * Pneumatics knowledge (solenoid valves, cylinders, etc.). * Hydraulics knowledge. * Personnel management What do we offer? * Stable position. * Night shift schedule. * Negotiable salary range, depending on the candidate’s experience.
