We are seeking a CUTTING (SAWING) AND EDGING OPERATOR for our VIC warehouse to join the Wood Department. Responsibilities: - Programming the industrial vertical cutting machine for wood panels and derivatives, as well as removing finished parts. - Following CNC machine work orders and performing cutting or machining tasks on large\-format wood panels. - Edging wood using the appropriate machine. - Quality inspection and control. - Preparing and packaging orders. - Reporting incidents. - Supplying materials using a forklift. - Daily maintenance and cleaning of the machine and workspace. - Customer service. Requirements: - Salary: According to the Barcelona Wood Warehouse Workers’ Collective Agreement (14 payments per year). - Working Hours: Full\-time. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00. - Summer 2025 Schedule: From 05/06/26 to 04/09/26, Fridays from 08\.00 to 14:00. From 27/07/26 to 27/08/26, Mondays to Thursdays from 07:00 to 15:00. - Contract Type: Permanent. Start Date: Immediate, or as agreed upon with the candidate. Publication Date: 06/03/2026 Qualifications Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) Preferred Qualifications: - Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Carpentry, Furniture, and Cork. - Knowledge of various wood types and derivatives. - Experience with Homag/Holzma (CNC) or similar machinery. - Knowledge of programming CNC machines. - Familiarity with SAP and/or CutRite. - Experience using radio\-frequency systems (PDA). Requirements Mandatory: - ESO. - Residence in Vic or nearby areas (maximum 25 km). - Minimum 1 year of experience in cutting, sawing, and edging tasks using industrial machinery. - Advanced proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
