A company dedicated to the production of cured meats needs to hire a Quality Controller in Olot. The tasks to be performed are as follows: * Preparatory controls. * Final line controls. Various controls. Library and sample management. Assistance in managing night cleaning operations. Other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Sunday to Thursday on night shifts between 22:00 and 06:20, with legally established breaks. * Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. * We are looking for a methodical, responsible, and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Secondary education (ESO), Higher Degree in Food Industry Processes and Quality, or equivalent.
