Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For an established organization, we are seeking a Quality Technician or Management Systems Specialist to support the management and monitoring of the organization's quality systems. The selected candidate will participate in maintaining quality processes and monitoring requirements established within certified management systems, particularly in services related to person-centered care. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Monitoring and maintaining documentation of the quality management system. - Supporting implementation of quality requirements according to ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 standards. - Reviewing and updating procedures, protocols, and records of the quality system. - Monitoring files and processes associated with housing services and occupational services. - Supporting preparation and coordination of internal and external audits. - Monitoring quality indicators and continuous improvement processes. - Coordinating with various departments of the organization to ensure application of established procedures. - Supporting management of corrective actions and process improvements. Requirements - Prior experience in managing or monitoring quality systems. - Knowledge or experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 21001. - Experience in social services, education, or training environments. - Experience in document management, process monitoring, and audit support. - Methodical, organized profile with rigor in document management.
