Educational requirements may be substituted by extensive experience. • Experience as a Quality Assistant. Experience in the food sector is valued. As a Quality Assistant and part of the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health Department, your duties and responsibilities will include: • Administrative support in creating records, describing procedures, product technical sheets, labeling, training, documentation, finished product weight control, packaging-waste declarations, accident investigations, etc. • Monitoring compliance with hygiene measures implemented in the company • Control and verification of hygienic conditions of surfaces, utensils, and equipment. • Control and verification of quality records. Reporting any anomalies detected therein and follow-up on their resolution. • Final product labeling control. • Support traceability management, crisis management, and simulation exercises. • Support in preparing audits, resolving non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. • Responsible for PDA control, temperature control of the product upon exiting the tunnel, at cutting, and pre-operational hygiene checks of personnel • Replacement of the Quality Manager during absences. • Management of sample collection for the analytical laboratory. • Support in managing and controlling supplier approval and raw materials. • Training of newly incorporated operators and verification of such training.
