




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the commercial department in the plastics sector, responsible for telephone support, order processing, contract administration, and support for the sales team. Proactivity, organizational skills, and customer orientation are required We are looking for personnel for the commercial department of a company in the plastics sector, headquartered in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Seva). Responsibilities include telephone support, entering customer orders, administrative management of commercial contracts, support for the sales team, and other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week. The schedule runs from Monday to Thursday in split shifts: 8:00–13:30 and 15:00–18:00\. On Fridays, an intensive shift is scheduled from 7:00 to 15:00\. Statutory rest periods are strictly observed. * We seek a proactive individual with strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., commercial assistant, back office...). * Experience with management software: CRM, ERP, KAIS. * Proficiency in office applications and Microsoft Office. * Residence near the workplace or realistic commuting capability. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. \- English language proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level\. Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields.
