**Description:** ---------------- At Talenttu by Gurpea, we are looking for an ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with a mechanical-oriented profile to join our client—a leading company in the industrial sector located in Olot (Girona)—on a stable basis. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will become part of the production department, performing maintenance tasks within the production plant. **Your main responsibilities will be**: * First-response corrective maintenance and planned corrective maintenance. Occasionally preventive maintenance. * Precision mechanical adjustments, replacement of pneumatic cylinders, bearings, etc. * Occasional electrical interventions: replacement of small motors, sensors, instrumentation, and fiber optics. * Basic tasks involving industrial robots. * Proposing improvements in machinery and processes focused on efficiency and safety. * Technical sensitivity in mechanics and automation systems is valued. **What do we offer?** * Full-time position. * Competitive salary: according to experience and qualifications. * Girona Metalworkers' Collective Agreement. * Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon) \+ occasional night shifts (maximum 3 months/year). **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements** * Education: Higher Technician in Electromechanics, Robotics and Automation, or similar. * Minimum experience: 4\-5 years in industrial maintenance (experience in presses will be valued). * Solid knowledge in fine mechanics, pneumatics, basic electricity, and automation systems. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (essential for commuting to Olot). * Residence near the area. * Autonomous, problem-solving profile, adaptable, and eager to learn. *Do you have experience in industrial maintenance and are you looking for an environment where you can develop your full potential?
