Their primary objective is to ensure that electromechanical products comply with emission and immunity regulations—from prototype stages through to final products—thereby guaranteeing certification and proper functionality prior to mass production. **Key Responsibilities Supporting:** * **Laboratory Testing Execution:** Conduct conducted and radiated emissions tests, as well as immunity tests (electrostatic discharge \- ESD, electrical fast transients \- Burst, surge) inside the laboratory’s anechoic / shielded chamber. \[1, 2] * **Setup of Small-Scale Test Benches:** Configure and wire dedicated test benches for each electromechanical equipment under test (EUT), designing simple test fixtures where required to simulate mechanical load during testing. * **Handling of Specialized Instrumentation:** Independently operate EMI receivers, spectrum analyzers, transient generators, line impedance stabilization networks (LISN), and data acquisition systems. * **Documentation and Traceability:** Meticulously record acquired graphs and data, analyze deviations, and draft official test reports for development history and certification records. * **Maintenance and Calibration:** Ensure laboratory equipment remains properly calibrated, maintain orderly facility conditions, and comply with internal safety regulations. * **Pre\-design Support (Pre\-compliance):** Collaborate closely with the electromechanical design team during early development phases to identify noise sources (motors, relays, brushes, switched-mode power supplies) and propose filtering or shielding solutions. \[1] We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
