We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service position at our warehouse located in the municipality of Castanheira do Ribatejo, Vila Franca de Xira. We seek an operational-sector professional eager to build a career within our organization and possessing experience in logistics. Main Responsibilities: * Proactively monitor processes and notify customers, including proposing potential solutions or alternatives. * Operational monitoring of processes. * Develop an understanding of customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. * Scheduling and management of transportation. * Invoicing. * Proactive communication with customers. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the sector; * Education in Logistics, Transportation, and/or International Trade; * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Proactive personality with initiative; * Ability to establish interpersonal relationships and work effectively in teams; * Good command of English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred); * Proficiency in standard computer applications; CargoWise knowledge is a plus.
