Main responsibilities will include preparing and managing all documentation required for export operations, both within the European Union and to other countries. Efficient coordination with other departments—such as warehouse, planning, and transportation—is essential to ensure smooth operations. Tasks also include shipment tracking, maintaining fluent communication with various destinations, and resolving daily operational issues. At least one year of prior experience in logistics-related positions is required. Training in administration, international trade, or transport and logistics will be valued. A B2 level or equivalent in English is essential and will be assessed via an oral test. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge are required. This is a temporary position through a temporary employment agency, with potential conversion to a permanent contract. Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within the logistics sector. Education in Administration, International Trade, Transport and Logistics (CFGM/CFGS). Knowledge of logistics and transport. English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent (oral test required). Intermediate Excel skills. SAP knowledge is a plus. Proactivity, willingness to learn, teamwork, and good stress management.
