Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the export department. Manage and track international orders. Prepare and control export documentation. Communicate with international clients and suppliers. Coordinate with other internal departments (logistics, sales, administration). Requirements: Previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably in export or international trade environments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Proficiency in office software. Foreign language skills—especially English—will be valued. Conditions: Initial working hours to be agreed upon with the company.
