This is a dynamic position involving direct client contact and participation in daily operations within a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Requirements * Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate in International Trade (CFGM/CFGS) or equivalent. * Preferred: Experience in high-volume operational environments (administration, logistics, customer service, or similar) Experience in order management or cross-departmental coordination Experience working with clients or suppliers in B2B environments Knowledge of export processes or logistics documentation Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in dynamic environments * Essential responsibilities: End-to-end order management (domestic market and export) Coordination with production and logistics to ensure delivery deadlines Management and dispatch of export documentation Tracking of receivables and payments Resolution of client-related incidents Operational support to the commercial team * Mandatory: Advanced level of English (used regularly with clients) Vocational Training Certificate in International Trade (CFGM/CFGS) or equivalent Valuable experience in back-office, logistics, or commercial environments Organized, proactive, and prioritization-capable profile Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Additional requirements: We seek adaptable candidates eager to assume an active role in day-to-day operations.
