




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with an Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) to perform general administrative management tasks for the company, including invoice control, order tracking, and client and supplier support, in coordination with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. General administrative management of the company 2. Coordination with commercial, purchasing, and logistics departments 3. Telephone and email support for clients and suppliers Selection will be conducted according to the eligibility requirements for the employment subsidy program targeting individuals in situations of heightened vulnerability (Resolution: EMT/3278/2025\). ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR VULNERABILITY GROUPS: \- Individuals aged 45 or older / Long-term unemployed persons / Non-EU migrant persons / Women aged 30 or older who are unemployed under any of the following circumstances: victims of gender-based violence, persons with disabilities, non-recipients of unemployment benefits, recipients of the Guaranteed Minimum Income (RGC), or single mothers. \- Additionally, the candidate must be registered with the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) and have held active unemployment registration status continuously since at least February 1, 2026, or earlier. The SOC will verify eligibility and forward qualified candidates to the company, which will conduct the final selection. Additional Requirements: \- Education: Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (specialization in International Trade, Transport, and Logistics is desirable). Knowledge of administrative management, basic accounting concepts, proficiency in office software, and inventory management skills. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Contract type: Permanent, full-time. Working hours: Split shift. Gross monthly salary (paid in 14 installments): €1,800.
