**Requirements:**
\- Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).
\- Residence in Olot or surrounding area (maximum 40 km).
\- Experience as supervisor or store manager in DIY, woodworking and/or gardening.
\- Inventory management knowledge.
\- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or split shifts.
\- Advanced Catalan and Spanish.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Collaborate with the Store Manager in designing and implementing the store’s commercial strategy and policies.
\- Lead, supervise, motivate, train, and coordinate the team and commercial activities, establishing priorities in collaboration with the Store Manager.
\- Prepare store schedules and vacation rosters.
\- Advise customers in making decisions regarding products and/or projects to resolve their questions and/or issues, accompanying\- them throughout their purchase to meet their needs.
\- Act as mediator in resolving in-store incidents.
\- Maintain order, cleanliness, corporate image, and commercial presentation, ensuring proper product display and preparation of promotional campaigns, including header displays.
\- Monitor store stock levels and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring correct restocking, organization, and assignment of retail prices (PVP) across all product categories.
\- Restock shelves with newly arrived orders or surplus inventory.
\- Track orders placed through the system.
\- Supervise cash register operations (customer service and payment processing).
\- Ensure compliance with basic safety regulations.
\- Perform wood cutting tasks.
\- Open and close the store.
**Desirable qualifications:**
\- Prior experience in retail or commerce sectors.
\- Experience in wood cutting.
\- Valid forklift license.
\- ERP knowledge (SAP).
**Conditions:**
\- **Salary:** Salary range based on evaluation (12 monthly payments), plus an additional loyalty bonus of €893.54.
\- **Working hours:** Full-time.
\- **Schedule:** Split shift from Monday to Saturday, with one weekday day off.
\- **Contract type:** Permanent contract.
**Start date:** Immediate, or as per availability.
