At WeRfoods, a historic group dedicated to the meat sector, we are seeking Production Workers for Natural Jamon (formerly Ventolà), one of our cured meat plants located in central Olot. Natural Jamon is undergoing rapid expansion; if you are looking for a stable and growth-oriented project, this is your job. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Participate in the production process, ensuring the proper manufacturing of meat products while guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and good manufacturing practices at every stage of production. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Handling and processing of meat products. Support on production lines (manufacturing, stuffing, drying, and packaging). Basic operation of machinery and tools assigned to your area. Visual inspection of products and quality verification. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food traceability regulations. Maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Prior experience in industrial environments or the food sector is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team and commitment to quality. Responsibility and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Availability to work daytime shifts.
