




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for the production area, responsible for data management, inventory control, and logistics documentation, ensuring smooth information flow. Attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data. We need a person to perform administrative tasks within the production area. Your primary role will be to ensure consistent and efficient information flow between the production department and administrative areas, maintaining operational effectiveness in daily data and process management. Responsibilities include production monitoring, accurately entering daily data into Excel spreadsheets. You will also manage inventory, updating and tracking stock counts to maintain clear visibility of resources. Additionally, you will handle procurement by issuing necessary purchase orders to suppliers, and manage all logistics documentation, including invoices and delivery notes. Proficiency in Excel is required, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting. Prior experience in administrative roles—preferably in production or logistics—is important. Attention to detail is essential for handling numerical data accurately. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education is required. Excel proficiency (tables, formulas, data management).
