Job Summary: Perform guest check-in and check-out operations, address guests’ needs and inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction during the night shift. Key Highlights: 1. Training in TEAT or Tourism Degree and languages (English, French, Spanish) Carry out all necessary operations and procedures for guest registration and departure at the Hotel, in accordance with previously established Customer Service standards, to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Address all guest needs and inquiries throughout their stay. All of the above to be performed during the night shift. * Perform cash drawer reconciliation and proceed with shift closing at the end of the shift. * Organize and keep up to date the Hotel’s Front Desk filing system. * Participate in internal and external reporting. * Internal / External Customer Service. * Report any incidents regarding vouchers, reservations, etc., to the Night Supervisor. * Resolve occasional incidents with support from a supervisor on duty at another hotel, if necessary. * Monitor agency vouchers. * Perform daily computerized closing. * Archive all cash-related documentation for the Park and maintain up-to-date registration logs, consumption tickets, etc. * Perform all Front Desk Operator duties (check-in, check-out, reservation modifications, etc.) Requirements \- Two years’ experience performing similar tasks in hotels with three or more stars and at least 150 rooms. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Training in TEAT or Tourism Degree * English, French, and Spanish * Catalan language skills are valued. * User-level computer proficiency. * Prior knowledge of hotel management systems // operator experience is valued.
