We seek to hire an Educational Technical Assistant to support the care, development, and educational accompaniment of persons with disabilities. The position involves shift work, collaborating with a professional team in a safe and educational environment. **Responsibilities:** Accompany and support users during their movements both inside and outside the facility, following instructions and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. Record incidents and communicate relevant information, making appropriate referrals regarding scheduled leisure, free-time, and social participation activities. Manage and complete healthcare documentation and facility records, documenting interventions carried out and observations regarding each resident’s health status and biopsychosocial situation. Provide individualized physical care tailored to the specific needs of each user, promoting their well-being and quality of life at both physical and emotional levels. Administer orally or topically prescribed and prepared medication under the supervision of healthcare staff and in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate in implementing and monitoring the care plan, working in coordination with healthcare staff and other professionals. Act in accordance with emergency medical response protocols, ensuring a prompt and appropriate response. Availability for shift work. Shift work
