DESCRIPTION Hello! Hopla Software is looking to hire an **AI Strategy Consultant**. ### **What responsibilities will you have?** * Coordinate the development of the AI Governance Plan. * Coordinate the development of guidelines, training materials, policies, risk matrices, and other documentation associated with the project. * Coordinate the definition of transparency, explainability, and model evaluation criteria. * Coordinate the definition of quality indicators, metrics, and performance KPIs. * Coordinate the identification, prioritization, documentation, and functional validation of Use Cases and Proof of Concepts. * Supervise the tracking and control of Use Cases and Proof of Concepts throughout their entire lifecycle. * Actively support functional units in change management. * Advise on trends, ethical risks, and technological opportunities. * Ensure alignment with GOIB’s ethical, regulatory, and strategic framework. * Coordinate the dissemination, training, and knowledge transfer plan. * Serve as the liaison between end users and the technical team. * Advise the project manager before the Technical Office for Demand Management. ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Join a dynamic IT-sector company in a growth phase, working on cutting-edge technological projects—both internally and with clients. * Permanent contract * Health insurance * Long-term development and career progression * Training and learning program * Flexible working hours * Flexible compensation (transportation, meals, childcare) * Company events * Open and inclusive work environment REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications, and a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Systems, Intelligent Data Analysis, Big Data, or similar. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role within AI-related projects or services. * Experience coordinating and developing AI Governance Plans, guidelines, training materials, policies, risk matrices, etc.
