Responsibilities: 1\.\- Raw material preparation: Selection, weighing, and quality verification of meat, fat, and spices according to established formulations. 2\.\- Processing and mixing: Grinding, mixing, and seasoning of meat to achieve the desired texture and flavor. 3\.\- Stuffing and shaping: Filling natural or artificial casings and shaping sausages according to product specifications. 4\.\- Cooking or curing and quality control: Managing cooking (for cooked sausages) or curing (for cured sausages), and verifying flavor, texture, color, and food safety. 5\.\- Cleaning, maintenance, and storage: Disinfection of machinery and work areas, packaging, labeling, and proper storage of products. Publication Date 16/01/2026 Requirements Education EGB/ESO Preferred Qualifications Requirements Mandatory - Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to commute to the workplace (MANDATORY) - Prior experience in the food industry is highly desirable - Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts - Proactive, responsible, punctual individual with strong teamwork skills - No aversion or discomfort handling meat and, occasionally, strong sausage odors.
