




We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and supervise residential construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overall project organization, detailed monitoring of each phase, and oversight of execution to ensure that everything proceeds as planned. Additionally, you will coordinate on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely. Your ability to manage materials, guarantee finish quality, and ensure strict compliance with technical regulations and occupational risk prevention standards will be essential. You will also collaborate closely with the technical team to closely monitor construction progress. You are expected to possess the necessary technical knowledge for this position, be proficient in operating machinery and work equipment, and demonstrate prior experience as a construction site supervisor or as a first-class tradesperson in your field. Completion of the 20-hour training required by the Construction Collective Agreement is mandatory, along with basic education or vocational training and/or knowledge acquired through experience. A valid driver’s license is also required. Completion of the 60-hour Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course, certification for operating construction machinery, and other related courses will be considered advantageous.
