From Adecco we are looking for a Financial Controller with experience in the industrial sector, for an important international company in the metal industry, who is seeking a new opportunity to develop and grow. Main Responsibilities: - Preparation of monthly reporting and annual budget. - Analysis of profitability, margins and KPIs for each production plant. - Cost reduction projects and resource optimization. - Definition and improvement of internal processes within the Group. - Forecast preparation. - Analysis of deviations at production plants. - Analyze consolidated results across the Group's various production plants, proposing continuous improvements. - Expense analysis and production process cost studies. - Comparisons and analysis of new business opportunities. - Budget preparation. - Profit and loss statements and working capital management. Candidate Profile: - Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies or Engineering. - Proven education and experience as an accountant. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and management control. - Essential: B2 level or higher in English. - SAP knowledge is an advantage. - Advanced level in Excel. - We are looking for a dynamic, curious, proactive person with a positive attitude, versatile and analytical.
