Analyze cost and compensation data to identify improvements. Prepare reports and documentation for audits. Participate in salary reviews and policy changes. Collaborate on administrative tasks related to employees and remuneration. Resolve internal inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Propose ideas to improve processes and optimize information. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar. 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, controlling, or compensation. Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis). Organized, detail-oriented person with a proactive attitude and eagerness to grow. What We Offer Permanent contract and stable project.
