Salary To be determined Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For a leading company in the food industry, with a solid track record and continuous growth, located in the Garrotxa region, we are seeking a Labor Cost Analyst. The selected candidate will report to the head of the finance department. Main responsibilities include: - Monitor and control labor costs, broken down by center, department, and production unit. - Prepare periodic reports analyzing salary variances, overtime, absenteeism, and productivity. - Support in personnel budget planning and monitoring. - Collaborate in designing and updating hiring policies and team structures, with a focus on economic efficiency. - Work closely with the payroll department, reviewing calculations and estimates. - Participate in internal and external audits related to labor cost management. - Identify areas for improvement and propose changes in reporting and labor control processes.
