Our colleagues in the Commercial Business Control department are eager to team up with you to make sure everyone can enjoy our delicious freshmakers and sweets every single day. **Commercial Controller Manager – Spain \& Portugal (Iberia)** **Location:** Barcelona, Spain **Where we need you** The Commercial Business Control team is part of the Finance department and acts as a key sparring partner for all commercial teams in Iberia markets.**Your core responsibilities at a glance:** * You are acting as a financial business partner and contributing to strategic and tactical decision\-making; * With your reports and analyses, you provide valuable insights that guide commercial decisions to secure NS/KG. * You play a central role in the Planning \& Control cycle and, together with the Commercial Business Control team, own processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and monthly results analysis; * You are the go\-to business partner for Sales, especially regarding the setup and processing of contracts with retailers and distributors; * You support the Commercial Finance Manager in further developing and communicating the vision and strategy of the department; * You actively participate in cross\-functional Revenue Growth Management projects, using data to contribute to our goal of profitable growth. **The ideal recipe for our new Commercial Controller Manager:** We probably don’t need to tell you that being approachable and supportive are key – but we’ll say it anyway, just to be sure **Here are the key ingredients we’re looking for:** * University Master Degree (MSc.) extended with CPA (RA) or MBA (RC\-MBA) title.
