AIRA Cooperative, an organization dedicated to supporting the agricultural and rural sectors, is seeking **Management Technical Staff** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing grants and subsidies for our members and clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and established guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* **Process grants and subsidies:** Efficiently manage the procedures required to obtain grants and subsidies, particularly those linked to the Agricultural Productivity Support Program (PAC).
* **Administrative tasks:** Carry out various administrative tasks supporting our members and clients in the agricultural and rural sectors, ensuring all applications are processed correctly and within stipulated deadlines.
* **Guideline compliance:** Collaborate closely with the Economic and Administrative Management Department to ensure all tasks comply with established guidelines. This includes reviewing documents, preparing reports, and managing applications.
* **Customer service:** Provide guidance and advice to members and clients regarding available grants and subsidies, as well as the application process.
* **Information updates:** Stay current with regulatory changes and policy updates related to agricultural grants and subsidies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our users.
* **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other departments within the cooperative to facilitate information exchange and optimize management processes.
**Requirements**

* **Minimum experience:** 1 year of experience in grant/subsidy management or administrative work in the agricultural and rural sectors.
* **Academic qualifications:** University degree in agricultural management, business administration, or related fields.
* **Specific knowledge:** Familiarity with the PAC system and the various grants and subsidies available to the agricultural and rural sectors.
* **Organizational skills:** Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and attention to detail in document preparation.
* **Interpersonal competencies:** Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* **Digital tool proficiency:** Proficiency in administrative management software and database handling.
