This includes daily operational activities as well as strategic planning to optimize resources and space, ensuring optimal conditions for the professional activities of all our employees. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** In collaboration with the Head of Physical Security and Corporate Services, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of FM service provider(s). Your primary objective is to ensure that all services at the aforementioned sites are delivered efficiently, effectively, and safely, maintaining facilities in optimal condition to support daily operations. Additionally, you must ensure a positive employee experience, guaranteeing their satisfaction and well-being in the workplace through continuous service improvement and responsiveness to their needs. You will also collaborate in coordinating all infrastructure, construction, and renovation projects carried out at these sites, as well as any new openings. Key responsibilities include: * Evaluate the activities directly performed by FM providers and the services they manage. * Coordinate and monitor construction and renovation projects: + Identification and management of suppliers + Monitoring of project progress until final handover + Coordination with the Head of SSCC (Security, Safety, Comfort & Compliance) + Risk identification. * Monitor service levels and quality standards agreed upon with suppliers (SLAs and KPIs). * Prepare reports, analyze them, and interpret findings. * Identify and propose service and process improvements (efficiency gains, synergies, optimization, simplification, standardization, etc.). * Manage service contracts in coordination with Procurement. * Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients and suppliers. * Be responsible for budget planning and control within your area of activity. **PROFILE:** Qualifications / Experience: * University degree in Technical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. A Master’s degree specializing in FM is highly desirable. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in FM service management (Hard and Soft), supplier management, and construction/project management. * Experience in managing construction and infrastructure projects. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite. * Experience with infrastructure management software (e.g., AutoCAD, GMAO) is an advantage.
