We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** You will lead, organize, and supervise work arising from full replacements, repairs, and modernizations of elevators and escalators, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal and external protocols. Additionally, you will manage, coordinate, and foster the professional development of your technical team, maintaining ongoing contact with clients throughout all service delivery phases. **Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, as well as company-established safety, health, and environmental standards—both for employees and subcontractors, and for repair and modernization activities—by conducting defined safety verifications and quality inspections on-site. * Support the commercial department in preparing proposals, budgets, and studies, as well as during client visits and technical advisory services for existing or prospective clients. * Manage and control all documentation and formalities required for initiating, preparing, and executing repairs and modernizations—including legalization before competent public administration bodies. * Monitor financial performance of repair and modernization projects to meet predefined targets. * Plan and direct both in-house and subcontracted personnel required for repair and modernization activities, verifying that both groups possess the necessary materials and resources to correctly execute all tasks within agreed timelines. * Negotiate availability, pricing, and rates with subcontractors and suppliers; award budgets in accordance with company-defined internal processes and regulations; manage and validate invoices related to project execution—verifying correct performance according to contractual terms and carrying out final testing protocols. * Address client requests and/or clarifications regarding technical aspects or matters related to repairs and modernizations. * Manage the team of repair and modernization technicians under your responsibility to maximize their professional and personal performance through proper performance evaluation, identification and management of training needs, and effective communication, planning, and follow-up. * Manage and develop all activities related to self-employed contractors and suppliers to ensure all repair and modernization work proceeds satisfactorily—verifying adherence to internal repair and modernization procedures and protocols, as well as organizational quality and safety standards. **Who We’re Looking For** A degree in Technical Architecture / Technical Engineering—or equivalent professional experience—is required, along with strong coordination, motivation, and team leadership capabilities.
