Join our team and advance your career with a company offering growth opportunities where you can make a difference—and no two days are ever the same! **About the Role:** We are looking to hire a Railway Design Engineer for the Bi-directional Bogies Project. **Responsibilities:** * Design front and rear bogies from scratch for heavy bi-directional vehicles. * Perform technical analysis, structural calculations, and design validation using compatible tools. * Integrate the design into the global railway system, ensuring mechanical and functional compatibility. * Actively participate in face-to-face technical meetings during the initial phase to understand customer requirements, constraints, and engineering criteria. * Propose improvements and innovations to optimize system performance, safety, and capacity. * Generate technical documentation associated with the design. **Required Qualifications:** * Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Railway, or related field). * Proven experience in railway projects or in designing bogies/complex mechanical systems. * Mandatory proficiency in SolidWorks (Solid) for 3D design. * Proficiency in calculation software compatible with available technical resources. * Ability to work 100% on-site during the initial phase in Ciudad Real. * Technical autonomy to continue work remotely thereafter.
