Our clients include major companies across sectors such as Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy & Utilities, as well as the Public Sector. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the management, planning, and control of your assigned project, ensuring achievement of defined objectives, proper deployment of applications, and satisfaction of user and client needs. * You will maintain contact with clients to define project goals and requirements: inputs, outputs, information flows, required hardware and software, etc. * You will be responsible for the assigned team, economic control of projects, successful project completion—including client approval—and maintaining the target margin established at project initiation. * You will develop the project plan: defining scope, objectives, commitment schedule (milestones, meetings, deliveries), roles and responsibilities of the project team, task planning, time tracking, and time estimation. * You will produce the requirements catalog by conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders, potentially delegating this task to the project team. * You will supervise technical design tasks for solution components, validating and selecting the most suitable solution for the system to be implemented. * You will be ultimately responsible for implementing the solution agreed upon with the client, continuously monitoring the project’s status and progress—including risk, issue, and change management. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Knowledge and experience with the technologies used within the Unit. * University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Senior Engineering, Technical Engineering) or vocational training (FP) in IT. * Advanced level of English is desirable. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team.** We respect differences that make us more human. * **Teamwork.** We collaborate and learn from one another. * **Flexibility and work-life balance.** Remote work is in our DNA.
